  • Marketing Team – Providing you the largest selection of cabinets that are up to date with trends, as well as known classics, this team is here to make your showroom experience one of the best. The showrooms have over 100,000 sq. ft. of space to show you our extensive selections of cabinets, countertops, appliances and hardware.
  • Field Technicians – Responsible for the measurements, pre-job photographs and gauging job conditions, the field technicians take full responsibility of properly measuring out your remodeling space. They then electronically send all information to the closest Consumer’s Kitchens and Baths showroom to you.
  • Design Team – Fully accredited and dedicated to your project, your designer will follow your project from concept to completion. They will provide you with realistic floor plans and images of your design concept.
  • Design Review Team – A panel of designers will review and critique all aspects of your design to make sure that your space is the best it can be.
  • Processing Team – Reviewing your order and dimensions from technicians, the processing team filters your order through a 26 point validity test. This test checks for any errors to make sure that when ordered, your project is error free.
  • Expediting Team – Liaisons between you and the factory, this team will keep in contact with the factory to ensure that you receive your project when you need it. They are also responsible for coordinating your in-home delivery or in-store pick up.
  • Warehouse Team – In charge of receiving your order, the warehouse team triple checks your order for quality, accuracy and completeness in their state of the art facility. Once checked, they package your project for delivery.
  • Delivery Team – Uniformed furniture professionals will deliver your project damage free (guaranteed!). Consumer’s Kitchens and Baths has the largest dedicated delivery fleet in the industry, making sure your delivery is always successful.
  • Customer Service Team – On call assisting you in the most efficient way possible, the customer service team is ready to help. They are available for product related questions, ordering of replacement parts, and setting up service calls. Your satisfaction is their number one priority.
  • Jobsite Service Team – The jobsite service team is there to diagnose any problems, and very often, fixing them immediately. They are there to make sure your project is completed correctly.
  • Quality Assurance Team – Responsible for the success of your project, the quality assurance team is monitoring your project constantly. If you ever feel like you did not get the service you were promised, this team is there to ensure your needs are met.
